Chef H. Chris MacDougall was born and raised in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Chef MacDougall has been

offering Italian based Canadian inspired cuisine at Giorgio’s Trattoria since 2009. Inspired by his grandmother’

family style cooking with an enfaces on fresh ingredients, Chef’s choice of career was inevitable. Chef MacDougall

has worked in kitchens across Canada and is proud to call Giorgio’s and Banff home.
