The Giorgio’s Trattoria strives to provide an excellent Italian dining experience in the beautiful town of Banff, Canada.  Chef H. Chris MacDougall’s Italian cuisine tells a story with all the fresh and handmade products that are available to him.  Our Wine Director's List has been created to complement this personal touch by adding some of the finest wines from around the World. 

We, as a unique Italian restaurant, are constantly seeking out these wines with a focus on the great region of Italy.  Grape vines grow everywhere in Italy.  The key is to capture some of the best; from Piedmont to the island of Sicily, all are sources for delicious wines of great value. 

Giorgio’s combines these with a group of New World wines, including some hidden treasures from Canada to enhance your dining experience.  So come join us for a wonderful taste adventure that can’t be denied.
